Job Title: (LINK) FOUNDER / CEO
Job Brief: Related Studios is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Founder/CEO to lead our artist production studio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and growing a creative enterprise, a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative company culture.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the company's growth, including identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Lead the development and execution of new artistic projects and ensure that they align with the company's overall vision and goals.
Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the company remains profitable.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
Lead the recruitment and management of a talented team of artists, producers, and other creative professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative company culture that values creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and act as a spokesperson for the company in the media.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a successful founder or CEO of a creative enterprise in the entertainment industry.
Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful business plans.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
