Job Title: (LINK) FOUNDER / ARTIST
Job Brief: Related Studios, a dynamic artist production studio, is seeking a creative and innovative Founder/Artistic Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the arts, a strong background in project management, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The Founder/Artistic Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of our artistic vision, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the artistic vision and mission of Related Studios, in collaboration with the team.
Manage and oversee all studio operations, including budgeting, project planning, and resource allocation.
Foster relationships with artists and industry professionals to ensure a strong network of collaborators.
Develop and execute strategic plans for the studio's growth and expansion.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for artistic development and revenue streams.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure the studio's brand and message are effectively communicated to the public.
Oversee the development and production of all artistic projects, including music, visual arts, and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the arts and/or creative industries, with a strong background in project management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of artists and professionals.
Strong financial and budgeting skills, with experience managing complex budgets.
Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the arts and creative industries.
A deep passion for the arts and a commitment to advancing the studio's mission.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
