Job Brief: Related Studios is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our team. As the Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for our artist production studio. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other talent sources to ensure a pipeline of quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with company goals.
Work with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding programs for new hires.
Develop and maintain metrics to track the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure a high level of performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters.
