As the Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for our artist production studio. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other talent sources to ensure a pipeline of quality candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with company goals.

• Work with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding programs for new hires.

• Develop and maintain metrics to track the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure a high level of performance and achievement of recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology.

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters.
