Job Title: (LINK) 007 CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Job Brief: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Related Studios is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring that financial goals and objectives are met, and maintaining financial integrity. This position requires a highly skilled individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives

• Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company

• Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements and reports

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Provide financial advice and guidance to the CEO and other executives

• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans

• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding is available to meet business needs

• Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred

• CPA or CMA certification preferred

• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office

• Experience working in a creative industry preferred
