Job Title: (LINK) SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Brief: Related Studios, an artist production studio, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with the company's brand and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives, including but not limited to posts, stories, reels, and videos.

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights to inform future strategies.

  • Manage and grow the company's social media community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and developing partnerships and collaborations.

  • Stay up to date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and provide recommendations for new strategies and tactics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to ensure social media strategies align with overall company objectives and campaigns.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI and reach.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and ensure content is in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the entertainment industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics and insights.

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for the arts and entertainment industry.
